Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Opened clippers, trimmers, or blades
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
We suggest that you properly inspect your packages prior to signing for or accepting them from delivery carrier(s). Do not accept packages from delivery carrier(s) if package is visibly damaged. Such as, dents, evident tampering, wet, etc.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
